The Crisis Response Team is an emergency response team available 24/7/365 on-call that transports runaway and homeless youth and families in crisis to safe and secure destinations. Features unique to TCCI include a TCCI Crisis Line at: 844-763-8861.
Teams are on site and are operational in: Golden Triangle Region – Beaumont Area includes: Orange, Jefferson and Hardin Counties; Houston Metro Region; East Harris/Chambers/Liberty Counties, West Harris/Fort Bend/Waller Counties; Galveston Bay Region: Galveston and Galveston County and Pasadena in Lower Harris County; Golden Crescent Region: Victoria in Victoria County; Coastal Bend Region-Corpus Christi area includes: Nueces, Kleberg, San Patricio and Aransas counties and the Rio Grande Valley Region includes: Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr and Willacy counties.
HOST HOMES AND HOUSING PROGRAMMING
TCCI operates eight federal Basic Center Grants that provide emergency shelter/host homes for runaway and homeless youth and recruits and screens families who operate “host homes”.
TCCI operates a combined Transitional/Rapid Rehousing Program for older homeless youth between the ages of 18 to 24. The program is supported by federal grant.

Community Youth Development (CYD): juvenile delinquency prevention program, managed by a professional educator, that operates with partner agencies to provide afterschool and enrichment programs
